(Event Setup) HELP of Southern Nevada's Tea, Trends, and Tranquility Fundraising Event

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HELP's Tea event raises crucial funds to support its mission of preventing and ending homelessness one youth, one family, and one individual at a time. Volunteers are needed to assist with Event Logistics

VOLUNTEER ROLE: Event Set Up (decor, raffle/auction, registration, etc.)

ATTIRE: Casual & Comfortable (pants, t-shirts, sneakers)

CHECK-IN: Volunteers will check in at the Cactus Room outside of the Agave Ballroom, sign in on the volunteer sheet, and receive direction from a HELP team member.

PARKING: Free parking is available in either parking garage at Durango Casino & Resort. The closest garage to the Agave Ballroom is the one located near the hotel entrance on the South West side of the property.

SNACKS: Host has offered to provide snacks for volunteers!
