About the event
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Take It To The Runway: Beyond the Binary is a fundraising fashion show celebrating creativity, inclusivity, and self-expression while supporting the launch of an LGBTQ+ bridal couture collection. Volunteers will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for all attendees.
VOLUNTEER ROLE: Responsibilities include guest hospitality, supporting the silent auction and merchandise table, assisting performers backstage, and providing general event support as needed.
ATTIRE: All-black, business casual attire with comfortable closed-toe shoes.
CHECK IN: Volunteers should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled shift and check in with the Event Coordinator at the courtyard entrance for orientation, role assignments, and a volunteer badge.
PARKING: Free parking is available in the Gipsy parking lot. Additional parking instructions will be provided prior to the event if needed.
SNACKS: Host has offered to provide refreshments!
